Bank of Commerce Check Cards/ATM Cards
To report a lost or stolen Visa Check Card or ATM card:
- During normal business hours, call Bank of Commerce at
620-431-1400 (M-F 8:30 – 5:00).
- After normal business hours, please call 800-554-8969.
Bank of Commerce Visa Credit Cards
To report a lost or
stolen Visa credit card, issued by Bank of Commerce:
- Call card services at 800-821-5184 24 hours a day.
When you call these numbers, please be prepared to share:
- Your name, as it appears on your card
- Your address:
- For VISA Check Card or ATM card, this is the address
on the account that is associated with the card
- For VISA credit card, this is the address where you
receive your credit card statement
- Your social security number
- The account number on the card if available.
